How much does ValeKit cost?
Starter is $99 per month for 1 location and up to 5 users, with 500 tickets and 1,500 SMS included. Professional is $249 per month for up to 5 locations and 20 users, with 1,500 tickets and 4,500 SMS. What happens if I go over my included tickets or SMS?
Extra usage is billed per unit. Extra tickets are $0.15 on Starter, $0.10 on Professional, and $0.08 on Enterprise. Extra SMS are $0.05, $0.04, and $0.02 respectively.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts on Starter or Professional. Enterprise includes SLA and custom contract terms.
What does every plan include?
Every plan includes the iOS and Android runner app, the full ticket lifecycle, SMS retrieval links for guests, the real-time web dashboard, built-in Stripe payments, and AI vehicle recognition. Professional adds photo damage tracking, VIP and blacklist management, reports, and role-based access. Enterprise adds hotel PMS integration on request, offline mode sync, custom brand colors and logos, invoice billing, and a dedicated account manager.
Which plan is right for my operation?
