ValeKit replaces paper tickets with a fully automated ticket lifecycle. Every step is tracked, timed, and synced in real time.

Checked In

Vehicle Check-In

The attendant opens the ValeKit mobile app and creates a new ticket. They capture the plate, make, model, color, and optional photos. A unique digital ticket ID is generated instantly, no paper slip required.

Valet parking workflow automation starts at check-in. Ticket creation takes under 10 seconds, and all data syncs in real time. Even offline, it syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

Staged → Parked

Vehicle Staged & Parked

The attendant notes the parking spot. Status updates to Staged, then Parked. The manager dashboard shows the vehicle live with location and time elapsed, a clear advantage of digital vs paper valet tickets.

Managers see all active tickets on the web dashboard in real time. Spot numbers, timestamps, and assigned valets are visible at a glance. No clipboards or radio calls needed.

Guest Receives Their Link

Via SMS, the guest gets a unique URL. No app install required. They can see their ticket status in real time and tap 'Request my car' when ready.

The public ticket page is a lightweight web view that works on any device, any browser. The link is tied to the ticket and expires after checkout.

Retrieval Request

The valet team is notified instantly via push notification. A valet is assigned and status moves through Requested, Pulling, then Ready. Guests see each update live. This level of workflow automation eliminates the guesswork of paper-based retrieval.

Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging on iOS and Android. Response time is tracked per retrieval for manager reporting.

Checkout & Payment

Payment is collected digitally via Stripe or Square. A receipt is sent. The ticket is marked Complete and revenue is recorded automatically. Zero paper, zero manual entry.
